- Relationship Building: Establish contact with prospects and develop strong, lasting relationships to drive sales.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase products and solutions to clients.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Assess client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights and feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Reporting Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
- Market Visits: Visit assigned markets and brands to identify and pursue sales opportunities actively.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Recent MBA graduate with a strong academic foundation in Marketing and Sales.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, along with basic understanding of office automation, computer hardware, IT solutions, document management systems (DMS), loan origination systems (LOS), and cybersecurity.
Sales Enthusiasm: Passionate about sales with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English, with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Work Ethic: Demonstrates sincerity and responsibility in job tasks, committed to contributing positively to team objectives.
