DAFK Ventures is looking for a CRM Executive with strong experience in the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving customer retention, and driving engagement through data-driven CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer databases and CRM tools.
- Plan and execute customer engagement campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and lifecycle data.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance across CRM systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of email marketing, SMS campaigns, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart.
