- Data Management: Collect, compile, and maintain daily production, inventory, and sales data.
- Report Generation: Create regular MIS reports, tracking sheets, and performance dashboards for management.
- System Operations: Use jewelry or ERP software (such as GATI) to log, track, and update order statuses.
- Data Accuracy: Verify data consistency across departments like manufacturing, wholesale, and export.
- Coordination: Work with production and sales teams to resolve data discrepancies and track pending orders.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an MIS or data handling role, preferably within the jewelry or manufacturing sector.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and familiarity with ERP/jewellery software.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in maintaining large sets of operational and inventory data.
