Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical Works Supervision: Execute and oversee all ongoing mechanical works in the plant.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment with online documentation as per SOPs and schedules.
- HVAC Operations: Manage HVAC operation, validation, and online documentation.
- Engineering QMS: Prepare SOPs, manage change control, deviations, CAPA, and other engineering documentation.
- Team Allocation: Allocate jobs to subordinates to ensure smooth plant operations and minimize breakdown time.
- Departmental Instructions: Follow instructions assigned by the Engineering Head from time to time.
- Training & Records: Attend training programs and maintain training records for the engineering team.
- QMS Documentation: Prepare URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, requalification, preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment testing documents.
- Safety & Environment: Ensure effective implementation of safety, health, and environmental aspects in engineering operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
- Hands on experience in preventive maintenance, HVAC operations, and QMS documentation.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, CAPA, calibration, and validation processes.
- Ability to lead teams, allocate tasks, and coordinate with vendors.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
