Full job description As a GeM Tender Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review tender opportunities available on the GeM platform.
- Analyze tender documents, including specifications, terms, and conditions.
- Prepare and submit tender responses in accordance with the specified requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues related to tender submissions.
- Keep abreast of updates and changes to GeM policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on tender activities, including successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in tender management, preferably within the government procurement sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
- Knowledge of e-procurement tools and software.
- Understanding of government contracting processes and regulations.
