Job Summary
The Management Trainee (HR) - Crew Sourcing will support the recruitment and sourcing of qualified seafarers for the company's fleet. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to maritime recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, documentation, and crew database management. The trainee will work closely with the Crew Sourcing team to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment of crew requirements while maintaining compliance with company policies and maritime regulations.
Qualifications
MBA fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
Interest in the maritime industry and crew management is preferred.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn maritime recruitment practices and regulatory requirements.
