Role Summary
We need a highly persuasive Telecaller to convert Instagram/WhatsApp leads into consultations. You must possess expert knowledge of skincare/haircare treatments, articulate communication, and a proven track record in sales.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Industry Expertise:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales in skincare, haircare, or aesthetics (freshers with exceptional credentials may apply).
In-depth knowledge of skincare routines, hair treatments, cosmetic procedures, and common client concerns.
Communication Mastery:
Impeccable spoken English and Tamil (refined vocabulary, articulate phrasing).
Proven convincing abilities – adept at handling objections and closing consultations.
Tech Proficiency:
Expertise in managing Instagram Business DMs and WhatsApp Business chats.
Key Responsibilities
Convert leads via calls, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp into paid consultations.
Educate clients on procedures (e.g., facials, peels, hair restoration) using technical knowledge.
Maintain CRM records with 100% accuracy.
Achieve aggressive weekly conversion targets.
Collaborate with aestheticians to align client expectations.
