Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Services Manager/ Digital Account Manager to manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure successful delivery of projects and services. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities to grow accounts and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Understand client goals and translate requirements into actionable plans for internal teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage account performance, project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support account growth.
- Monitor account KPIs, prepare reports, and provide performance insights.
- Support proposals, renewals, and commercial discussions as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Client Services & Account Management.
- Should have experience in handeling international clients.
- Must have experience in handling Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC etc, projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and related digital services.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing projects.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on client retention and account growth.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
