Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to support our US logistics and freight operations. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, appointment setting, and maintaining relationships with shippers, carriers, and prospective clients in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects, shippers, and carriers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with potential customers.
- Explain transportation, freight brokerage, trucking, and logistics services.
- Follow up on quotations, shipments, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for service updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, trucking, freight brokerage, or supply chain.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, BPO, telesales, or logistics sales.
- Knowledge of US transportation terminology such as dispatch, freight, lanes, carriers, and load booking is an advantage.
Salary Range (India)
- Fresher: ₹20,000–35,000/month
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
