1. Quality Planning & Standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes in line with ISO, or customer-specific standards.
- Define inspection standards, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and related documentation (where applicable).
2. Process & Product Quality
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and dimensional verification.
- Validate process capability (Cp, Cpk) and drive continuous improvements.
3. Auditing & Compliance
- Conduct internal audits (process, system, product) and support external/customer audits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain documentation and records traceability.
4. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
- Identify and document non-conforming material.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone, or 8D.
- Implement and verify corrective/preventive actions.
5. Measurement & Testing
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
- Develop testing procedures and validation methods.
- Analyse test data and prepare quality reports.

- Handle customer complaints and quality concerns.
- Provide technical support and maintain communication regarding product quality.
