Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn SEO Specialist to optimize company and personal profiles, improve visibility, and drive organic engagement on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LinkedIn algorithms, keyword optimization, content strategy, and analytics to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles (company pages and personal profiles) using SEO best practices
- Conduct keyword research specific to LinkedIn search trends and audience behavior
- Develop and implement LinkedIn content strategies to increase visibility and engagement
- Improve organic reach through profile optimization, hashtags, and content planning
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and performance metrics to track growth and ROI
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes and industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for consistent branding
- Generate leads through LinkedIn optimization and outreach strategies
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns for employer branding and business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn SEO or social media optimization
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and ranking factors
- Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Background in digital marketing or social media management
- Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing
