Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented JEE/NEET Counselor to drive student enrolments for online learning programs. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and parents, understanding their academic needs, and recommending suitable solutions. This is a target-driven sales and counseling role ideal for candidates passionate about education and student success.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive enrolments for JEE/NEET and Foundation (6–10) programs by identifying potential students and converting leads into admissions.
- Understand students’ academic requirements and recommend the most suitable courses/programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrolment targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with prospects.
Product Knowledge & Counseling
- Develop in-depth knowledge of online programs, digital products, features, pedagogy, and value proposition.
- Effectively explain course benefits, curriculum structure, and learning outcomes to students and parents.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through professional counseling.
Lead Management & CRM
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-up emails, and lead nurturing activities.
- Diligently work on leads generated through multiple sources including marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and field activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Track daily productivity and maintain sales reports.
Field Activities & Collaboration
- Participate in seminars, workshops, school visits, and promotional activities for lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Represent the organization professionally during events and student interactions.
Feedback & Reporting
- Share regular market feedback, competitor insights, and student concerns with management.
- Prepare weekly progress reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory from a recognized university.
- 2–5 years of experience in counseling, sales, business development, or admissions.
- Prior experience in JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching industry preferred.
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of sales processes and negotiation techniques.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
- Flexible and adaptable work approach.
Preferred Skills

Experience
- 2–5 years preferred in EdTech, coaching institutes, admissions counseling, or education sales.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
