Job Summary:
The Senior Front Office Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service by managing the front desk operations efficiently. They ensure smooth check-in/check-out, handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, and support the front office team in daily operations while maintaining hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Manage guest requests, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and guide junior front office staff when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest requirements.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and accurate posting of charges.
- Maintain front office records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in night audit and shift handover processes.
- Handle VIP, VVIP, and group check-ins with special attention.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are always clean and presentable.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
- Support Duty Manager in handling emergency situations and guest escalations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
