KISNA Diamond & Gold Jewellery is looking for dynamic, presentable, and target-driven Sales Executives / Sales Representatives to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a passion for jewellery sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist customers professionally in the showroom
- Explain and sell diamond, gold, and jewellery products confidently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and after-sales follow-up
- Generate leads through telecalling and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
- Conduct door-to-door promotional activities when required
- Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation
- Count and verify jewellery stock during showroom opening and closing
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations
- Maintain customer data and follow-up records
- Assist customers with product knowledge, schemes, offers, and customisation options
- Represent the brand with professionalism and positive attitude
Requirements
- Presentable personality with good communication skills
- Basic to good knowledge of diamond and gold jewellery
- Sales experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury products preferred
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Comfortable with telecalling and field marketing activities
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
