IT Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and selling our IT solutions and services (e.g., software products, cloud solutions, managed IT services, hardware).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and pitch IT solutions and services to potential clients across various industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, cold calling, and initial meetings to proposal submission and closing deals.
- Understand client business challenges and requirements to deliver tailored, consultative IT solution recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Teams).
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, pricing models, product presentations, and product demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales engineering teams.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to secure win-win business partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, pipeline forecasting, and activity records within the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solution selling.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of IT concepts (e.g., cloud platforms, SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, enterprise software).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts into business value.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,693.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
