Job Title: Data Entry & Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to manage order processing, customer order confirmation, and data entry operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth order execution.
Job Description
- Call customers who have placed orders and confirm their order details.
- Verify measurements, product selections, delivery information, and other order requirements.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in order sheets and company software.
- Follow up with customers for missing or incomplete order details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Good data entry and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
