Parka Restobar is a high-energy neighbourhood bar in Kalyan Nagar known for great food, vibrant music nights, and a strong community vibe. We’re looking for a confident, service-driven Senior Captain who can lead the floor and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise floor operations during service
- Manage a team of stewards and ensure smooth coordination with bar & kitchen
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Ensure proper table allocation and service flow during peak hours
- Upsell food, beverages, and promotions effectively
- Monitor billing accuracy and cash handling procedures
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service SOP compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Captain/Senior Steward in a pub, lounge, or restobar
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident personality with a guest-first attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems and billing
- Ability to handle high-pressure weekend crowd
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
