Job Purpose:
The Accounts & Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial management. The role requires expertise in manufacturing cost structures, BOM analysis, and inventory valuation to support production efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flows, optimize working capital, and maintain banking relationships.
- Implement financial controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and transparency in financial reporting.
Accounting & Compliance
- Supervise accounting operations: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for legal, regulatory, and internal audit purposes.
Cost, Manufacturing & BOM Accounting
- Maintain accurate cost accounting records, analyze production costs, and identify variances.
- Manage valuation of raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods inventory.
- Analyze and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for production planning, costing, and profitability.
- Provide financial insights to optimize procurement, production, and inventory management.
Financial Strategy & Business Support
- Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate CAPEX proposals, prepare ROI and feasibility analysis.
- Support management in pricing, supplier negotiations, and cost control initiatives.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team, fostering accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA Finance.
- Experience: 10+ years in accounts and finance roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- Proficient in ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with cost accounting, BOM analysis, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI.
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
