We are looking for a highly motivated and technically sound Inside Sales Executive with an Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma) background to join our team at Endosys Automation.
In this role, you will combine your technical knowledge of automation products (like PLCs, VFDs, Control Panels, and Sensors) with sales skills to interact with B2B clients, address customer inquiries, and prepare quotations. Complete product and sales training will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Attend to incoming B2B customer inquiries regarding our industrial automation products and components.
- Follow Up on Leads: Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing and newly generated leads to convert them into orders.
- Prepare Quotations: Understand client specifications and prepare accurate commercial/technical quotations.
- Coordinate with Clients: Act as a smooth communication bridge between clients and the internal team to clear up doubts.
- Maintain Sales Records: Keep all client communication, queries, and sales transaction logs updated systematically in MS Office / Excel.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving predefined weekly and monthly sales objectives.
Skills Required:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Instrumentation is required to understand technical specifications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred).
- Telecalling & Lead Handling: Comfortable handling professional sales calls and guiding clients through the inquiry lifecycle.
- Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office & Excel for quotation building and data tracking.
- Client Coordination: Ability to maintain professional relationships and communicate complex details clearly over email.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
