Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate individuals who can understand design, interact with architects/interior designers, and guide customers in selecting the right lighting solutions for their spaces.
This is not a typical sales role — it is a consultative, design-driven position where you help bring spaces to life through lighting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements, design intent, and spatial usage
- Suggest appropriate decorative and architectural lighting solutions
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and homeowners
- Provide in-store consultation and product guidance
- Build long-term relationships with design professionals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in interiors, lighting, furniture, or related design industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of interior design / architecture concepts
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
- Passion for design and customer interaction
