We are seeking a skilled Senior Service Engineer – AWP/Heavy Equipment & Machinery to join our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on a diverse fleet of MEWPs, including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts and Truck-Mounted Lifts.
- Lead the resolution of complex faults in hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems, serving as the go-to expert on the floor.
- Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training and support to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams and engineering drawings to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate service reports, maintaining meticulous records of all work performed.
- Communicate professionally with customers, clearly explaining technical issues and the solutions implemented to build trust and transparency.
- Ensure all work is executed in strict adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality control.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, or Senior Service Engineer specifically with Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs).
- Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with major equipment brands such as Haulotte, JLG, Genie, Komatsu, Palazzani and Bobcat.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field) is required.

- Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities for complex machinery.
- Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Effective communication and reporting skills in English.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
