- Supervise daily textile packing operations and manpower.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and identification of finished goods.
- Monitor packing quality and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain packing records, stock records, and daily reports.
- Train and guide packing workers on standard operating procedures.
- Monitor material usage and minimize packing losses/wastage.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the packing area.
- Handle shift planning and workforce allocation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
