International Sales Executive

Job Summary
RRVT International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and result-oriented International Sales Executive to expand our global business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international business opportunities, generating leads, developing relationships with overseas distributors and importers, negotiating commercial terms, and driving export sales growth.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about international business, sales, and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international business opportunities across assigned markets.
Generate qualified leads through online platforms, trade portals, LinkedIn, trade directories, exhibitions, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, wholesalers, hospitals, healthcare companies, and channel partners.
Conduct email, telephone, and virtual sales meetings with international customers.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and Proforma Invoices.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements.
Convert inquiries into confirmed export orders and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the export documentation and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to maximize repeat business.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reports.
Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new products and business opportunities.
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong international sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to confidently interact with overseas buyers and distributors.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
Strong presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple international accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in International Business or Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for international sales are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales is preferred.
Preferred Knowledge
International B2B sales and export business development
Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, etc.)
International payment terms (LC, TT, CAD, Advance Payment)
Export documentation and logistics coordination
CRM tools and lead management
Global healthcare or medical device industry exposure will be an added advantage
