Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Planning & Implementation: Develop, monitor, and update age-appropriate, engaging curricula and learning activities.
- Teacher Mentorship & Supervision: Guide and mentor teachers and assistants, conduct classroom observations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Student Progress & Assessment: Monitor student development, maintain academic records, and oversee assessment procedures.
- Parent Communication: Act as a liaison between parents and school management, addressing concerns and discussing student progress.
- Administrative Oversight: Organize school events, assemblies, and orientations; ensure safety and hygiene standards.
- Professional Development: Organize workshops and training sessions for staff to enhance teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education (ECCE), or Psychology.
- Experience: 3–5 years of teaching or leadership experience, preferably in a pre-primary or IB PYP setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; proficient in educational software.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of child development and modern early childhood practices.
