We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube accounts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for creative campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Track campaign performance and prepare social media analytics reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
