Job Title: Skilled Labour – Ice Cream Production
Location: Rajarhat, Aminpur, Dugdia, West Bengal 743423, opposite of Sasan Police Station
Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Experience: 0–2 years (Experience in food manufacturing preferred)
Job Summary
The Skilled Labour worker will assist in the production, packaging, quality control, and handling of ice cream products while maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor ice cream production machinery and equipment.
- Assist in mixing, processing, filling, and packaging of ice cream products.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Support loading, unloading, and storage activities.
- Maintain production records as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and production managers.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or food production processes.
- Ability to work in shifts and cold-storage environments.
- Physically fit and capable of handling production-related tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices is an advantage.
