We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for open positions.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,300.00 per month
