Job Summary
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by increasing sales and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, emails, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet prospective clients and present company products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Degree
- Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
- Strong English communication is mandatory
- Willingness to travel when required
- Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
