Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally

Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service is an advantage

Salary Range
Varies on experience (typically ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
