Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Python, and Microsoft Azure.
The ideal candidate should have experience building and deploying production-ready ML/GenAI solutions, developing agentic AI workflows, and working with Azure Data & AI services such as Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and monitor scalable ML pipelines and AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize ML models, GenAI applications, LLM-based solutions, and AI agents.
- Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows involving planning, reasoning, decision-making, and tool integration.
- Build secure and scalable AI agent architectures with appropriate guardrails and safety mechanisms.
- Work with Microsoft Azure and Azure Data & AI services.
- Develop solutions using Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, and/or Microsoft AI Foundry.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with APIs, backend services, and enterprise applications.
- Evaluate and improve AI/agent performance using feedback, monitoring, evaluation metrics, and optimization techniques.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Rapidly prototype and evaluate new AI/ML concepts and technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Strong experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Data & AI services.
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, and/or Microsoft AI Foundry.
- Experience developing ML pipelines and deployment architectures.
- Understanding of AI agent orchestration, LLM applications, planning, reasoning, and decision-making.
- Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, monitoring, evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Experience building scalable and secure cloud-based AI/ML solutions.
Pay: ₹58,444.60 - ₹125,833.80 per month
