Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in GST compliance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, GST filings, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations).
Perform GST input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Conduct bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare TDS calculations, returns, and related compliance documentation.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.
Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Required Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and GST compliance.
Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS, and accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
Good understanding of statutory compliance and financial reporting.
Desired Skills:
GST return filing and reconciliation expertise.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:
A finance professional with 48 years of experience who can independently manage accounting operations, GST compliance, reconciliations, and statutory reporting with minimal supervision.
