Job Summary
The Dream Study Overseas is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Study Visa Counselor to guide students in choosing the right international education opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong counseling abilities, and knowledge of study visa processes for countries such as the UK, Australia, Europe, Canada, and other destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities based on their academic profile and career goals.
- Explain admission requirements, visa procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and living expenses.
- Assess student eligibility for different countries, universities, and programs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Assist students in collecting and verifying admission and visa documents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, university requirements, and new intakes.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in overseas education or immigration counseling.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong sales, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
