Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Estimation Executive to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, material costing, and supporting the sales and project teams in preparing competitive quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Calculate material, labor, and execution costs accurately.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and project execution teams.
- Maintain updated material rates, vendor databases, and cost records.
- Review project variations and prepare revised estimates when required.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control throughout project execution.
- Ensure all quotations are submitted within the required timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and execution methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in costing.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
