Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
Budget: Up to ₹1.1 Lakh Per Month
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics and Tableau to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines, designing data warehouse solutions, and developing impactful business intelligence dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and related Azure services.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation processes.
- Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources into centralized data warehouse/lakehouse environments.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and data scientists to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Implement data quality checks, governance standards, and performance monitoring processes.
- Automate repetitive data engineering tasks using Python, Spark, or similar technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and organizational standards.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard Development.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Proficiency in Python or Scala.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Azure Databricks experience.
- Power BI experience.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and cost optimization.
- Exposure to Machine Learning pipelines and Data Science workflows.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
