Position Overview
- Job Title: 3D Visualizer
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (In-Office)
- Department: Architectural / Visualization
- Reporting to: Senior Architect
- Work Schedule: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays off
Key Responsibilities
- Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architectural and interior projects based on 2D drawings and sketches.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, and Lumion to produce high-end visuals.
- Material & Lighting: Research and apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the visual appeal and accuracy of design concepts.
- Post-Production: Use Adobe Photoshop for post-production to refine lighting, color balance, and add environmental elements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects and interior designers to ensure the 3D output aligns perfectly with the design intent.
- Documentation: Maintain a systematic library of 3D assets, textures, and final renders for team-wide use.
- Deadline Management: Deliver high-quality visuals within strict project timelines in a dynamic office environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a relevant Diploma.
- Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in 3D architectural visualization.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Core Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of architectural scale, lighting, and composition.
- Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities to interpret 2D plans into 3D environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional portfolio showcasing photorealistic architectural work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
