We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticket Booking Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticket reservations, assisting customers with travel bookings, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage flight, train, bus, and other travel ticket bookings for customers.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, fare details, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel schedules, routes, and ticket availability.
- Process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and service providers when required.
- Maintain booking records and customer information accurately.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Stay updated with ticketing procedures, fare rules, and travel regulations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
