Organizational Overview:
The Marketing Quality role involves analyzing campaign execution processes, identifying issues, and reporting them for corrective action while updating identification methods as processes evolve. Also works with Cardholder Documents Quality Analyst to ensures high-quality customer communications by testing, identifying issues, analyzing trends, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to maintain quality standards.
Role Summary/Purpose:
Marketing Quality Manager is responsible for validating marketing campaigns. responsible for ongoing ORB and QA activities that assist in mitigating the risk within marketing campaigns with improved policy, procedure, processes, systems and training of the Cosmos Platform data. Additionally, they may develop and implement quality assurance procedures to enhance marketing performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing campaign data file processing for specific SYF clients
- Advise internal process owners and client teams on file selection, targeting, and segmentation best practices
- Partner with internal/external teams to execute campaign files: define requirements, manage deliverables, and audit fulfillment files
- Improve and streamline the fulfillment campaign data file validation process
- Serve as SME for validation tools, SYF data warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression/exclusion rules, and file outputs
- Analyze quality data to identify trends/risks; report findings and recommendations to Surveillance, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and leadership
- Drive quality governance, ensure compliance, and enable continuous improvement
- Monitor quality KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent quality standards
- Ensure Offer Review Board controls are followed and campaign file outputs meet SYF compliance guidelines
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or with minimum 4+ years of working experience in preferably Marketing relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations Excellence, and Automation.
- 3+ years of experience in using SAS and Python.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, quality frameworks, and governance models.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, AI platforms, or workflow automation technologies.
- Proven capability to assess and implement new technologies and tools effectively.
- Exemplary strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in utilizing SAS, SQL, Python, Power Apps, Power BI and various other database languages.
- Previous experience maintaining customer/client/vendor relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage, execute and validate fulfilment campaigns in a detail-oriented environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of campaign execution methodologies and Agile reporting practices. In-depth understanding of artificial intelligence principles, encompassing neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Skilled in AI and insights tools, with experience in platforms such as Workfront.
Eligibility Criteria: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or with minimum 4+ years of working experience in preferably Marketing relevant experience.
Work Timings: 12PM to 9 PM IST
This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may periodically due to business needs)
