About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) & Company Secretary (CS) to oversee financial management, statutory compliance, taxation, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all applicable financial and legal regulations while supporting the organization's strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file ROC returns, statutory filings, and corporate compliance documents within prescribed timelines.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Draft board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Monitor internal controls, financial risks, and compliance processes.
- Provide financial and secretarial advisory support to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance.
