Planning and Billing Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities (Construction Company)
- Prepare project planning, scheduling, and work progress monitoring
- Develop bar charts, CPM, and project timelines
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors
- Prepare client bills, RA bills, and subcontractor bills
- Verify quantity measurements as per drawings and site execution
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation
- Monitor material consumption and project costs
- Maintain billing records, reports, and project documentation
- Ensure timely submission of bills and payment follow-up
- Support project budgeting and cost control activities
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
