Job Summary:
Responsible for providing professional spa treatments and wellness services to guests while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to spa standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spa therapies including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies
- Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest care
- Handle guest appointments and treatment records
- Promote spa services and wellness packages
- Deliver a relaxing and personalized guest experience
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of spa therapies, massage techniques, and wellness treatments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and guest comfort
- Strong interpersonal and relaxation therapy skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Wellness
- 1–5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in luxury resorts, hotels, wellness centers, or spas
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, or Balinese treatments
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
