About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organized Property & Administration Executive to manage our residential and commercial properties in Kanpur. The role involves coordinating maintenance, handling utility bills and taxes, maintaining property records, supervising vendors, and ensuring all properties are well maintained.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, honest, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit all assigned properties regularly and inspect their condition.
- Coordinate maintenance work including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, civil work, AC servicing, and other repairs.
- Track and ensure timely payment of electricity, water, internet, gas, and other utility bills.
- Monitor property tax, water tax, and other statutory payments to avoid penalties.
- Maintain digital and physical records of all property documents.
- Coordinate with tenants, caretakers, contractors, and government departments whenever required.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and negotiate repair and maintenance costs.
- Maintain an asset register for furniture, appliances, equipment, and other property assets.
- Prepare monthly maintenance expense reports and budgets.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Report major issues immediately and suggest practical solutions.
- Support office administration and other assigned administrative tasks when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and vendor management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and reports.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, facility management, property management, hotel administration, or office administration.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Candidates from hotels, hospitals, schools, builders, corporate offices, or facility management companies are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for a dependable professional who can take complete ownership of day-to-day property administration and help ensure all properties are maintained efficiently and cost-effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
