Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant to Chairman Dr. Guninderjit Singh Jawandha
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman Dr. Guninderjit Singh Jawandha (popularly known as Minku Jawandha) of the Bhai Gurdas Group of Institutions (BGGI) in Sangrur and a prominent Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader in Punjab, serving as the Chairman of Punjab Infotech Corporation.
The ideal candidate will act as the Chairman's right hand, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating educational and public engagements, handling confidential matters, and ensuring smooth execution of professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks, correspondence, and commitments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, speeches, briefing notes, and meeting agendas.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official communications on behalf of the Chairman.
Political & Public Affairs Management
- Coordinate political meetings, public events, community outreach programs, and social engagements.
- Manage communication with party members, public representatives, and local stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing rallies, conferences, press interactions, and public relations activities.
- Maintain records of constituency-related issues, requests, and follow-up actions.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, educational bodies, media representatives, and community leaders.
- Ensure proper protocol and etiquette during official interactions.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- MBA candidates will be preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, Operations Coordinator, or similar leadership support role.
- Experience in educational institutions, public administration, political organizations, or corporate leadership offices will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
