Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales, Marketing & Logistics Executive to take complete ownership of the sales, marketing, business development, and distribution activities for our range of cookies, biscuits, and savoury products.
The role requires managing existing customer relationships, expanding the customer base by onboarding new cafés and retail outlets, and ensuring seamless logistics and product availability across all distribution channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and coordinating end-to-end distribution operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Account Management
- Manage and grow sales with existing café, bakery, retail, and institutional customers.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their requirements and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure optimum product placement and visibility at customer locations.
- Handle order collection, invoicing coordination, and payment follow-ups.
2. Business Development
- Identify and approach potential cafés, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and other food-service outlets.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling activities, and negotiations with prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Onboard new customers and establish long-term business relationships.
- Expand market coverage and increase product penetration in assigned territories.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Recommend marketing strategies and product improvements based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Support social media and promotional activities in coordination with management.
4. Logistics & Distribution Management
- Take responsibility for end-to-end logistics and distribution of products to customers.
- Plan delivery schedules and optimize distribution routes for efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels at customer locations and prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints promptly.
5. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, deliveries, and business development activities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, market reports, and performance updates.
- Provide strategic recommendations for business growth and market expansion.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Candidate should be graduate in any domain.
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, food products, bakery products, snacks, or related industries shall be added advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, and distribution operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

What We Expect
The selected candidate will act as the single point of ownership for sales growth, market expansion, customer relationship management, and distribution logistics. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, accountability for results, and a proactive approach toward expanding the business while ensuring excellent service to existing customers.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
