JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our automobile service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing workshop operations, achieving service revenue targets, and leading a team of technicians and service advisors while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department.
· Lead, train, and motivate Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop staff.
· Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high-quality service standards.
· Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and technician performance.
· Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related complaints effectively.
· Achieve monthly service revenue, labor sales, and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets.
· Plan and implement strategies to improve workshop profitability.
· Ensure availability and proper utilization of tools, equipment, and manpower.
· Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
· Maintain compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and dealership policies.
· Analyze service reports, KPIs, and MIS to improve operational performance.
· Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and skill development programs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
