Job Summary
ShikshaSphere is looking for an experienced English Teacher to conduct high-quality online live classes for IBPS, SBI and IBPS RRB examinations.
The candidate should have a strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and verbal ability, along with knowledge of the latest banking examination patterns. A professional home-studio setup is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive English live classes for banking exam aspirants.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and verbal ability.
- Cover topics such as error detection, sentence improvement, cloze tests, para jumbles and fillers.
- Conduct topic-wise practice, revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Solve Previous Year Questions and Previous Year Papers.
- Conduct mock tests and detailed test-analysis sessions.
- Prepare practice questions, class notes and revision material.
- Record concept-based, generic and strategy videos.
- Create educational short videos for YouTube and social media.
- Help students improve speed, accuracy and question-selection skills.
Required Skills
- Graduation from a recognised university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English for banking or competitive examinations.
- Strong knowledge of IBPS, SBI and IBPS RRB examination patterns.
- Excellent command of grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension.
- Ability to teach both Hindi-medium and English-medium students.
- Excellent teaching, communication and presentation skills.
- Previous online or YouTube teaching experience is preferred.
- Comfortable creating long-form lectures and short-form videos.
