Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 9-hour flexible shift with weekly off (roster-based)
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Prepare rooms before guest check-in.
- Change bed linens and towels.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office for room readiness.
- Assist with laundry when required.
- Follow daily housekeeping SOPs and checklists.
- Report maintenance issues to the manager.
- Ensure excellent cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred (Freshers willing to learn are welcome).
- Honest, responsible, and disciplined.
- Physically fit and able to work in a team.
