Key responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Train, and supervise bakery staff
- Assign daily tasks and manage employee schedules
- Provide performance feedback and address employee concerns
- Production Oversight:
- Plan production schedules based on demand forecasts
- Ensure quality control of all baked goods
- Monitor ingredient inventory and manage orders with suppliers
- Collaborate with bakers to develop new menu items and recipes
- Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage bakery budget
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Implement cost-saving measures where necessary
- Food Safety and Hygiene:
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Implement proper sanitation practices in the bakery
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards
Required Skills:
