Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Addressing client queries, complaints, and service issues via phone, email, or in-person professionally.
- Customer Handling : Handling walk in customers , phone calls, emails, and in-person queries professionally.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Support: Promoting products/services, identifying upselling opportunities, and assisting with onboarding.
- Data Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales and stocks.
- Customer Interaction: Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person queries professionally.
- Cold Calling : Generating business through cold calling
