Operations & Scheduling
- Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive production schedules to meet customer deadlines and volume targets.
- Monitor daily production workflows and dynamically adjust resource allocation to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain optimal raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory levels.
Quality & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to established quality control standards, ensuring a minimal defect rate.
- Uphold regulatory compliance by maintaining zero-compromise health, safety, and environmental protocols on the shop floor.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for continuous process standardization.
Equipment & Maintenance
- Oversee machinery utilization and implement a strict preventive maintenance program to eliminate unplanned downtime.
- Approve and supervise emergency equipment repair work and coordinate with vendors for hardware upgrades.
Team Leadership & Financials
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of floor supervisors, operators, and quality inspectors.
- Manage and optimize production line budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)—such as cycle times, throughput, and scrap rates—and report performance to senior leadership.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing frameworks like 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
Pay: ₹18,344.01 - ₹36,000.00 per month
