- Scrutinize & upload medical reports as per QC checklist.
- Coordinate with diagnostic centers for follow-ups & timely dispatch.
- Resolve grievances related to report errors.
- Update & share Show/No-Show status with teams.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–2 years’ experience (Insurance/TPA preferred).
- Knowledge of Life Insurance operations & MS Office.
- Strong coordination & time management skills.
- Hindi proficiency also English Telugu
